- CMConor McBride5 days ago1.0Fake bank. Don’t waste your time going in. One person here and they can’t even open up a new account for an existing customer. I went in because the person I called at Capital One said I had to go in in person. They said they haven’t opened a new account here in 3 years. Why even have the storefront?

Capitol one wants you to make changes to acct online or transactions on app. Recently retired and wanted to add my wife on my personal checking and savings acct. I also had to move large severence amount from checking to savings. Keisha at branch was great and was very patient with my wife and I as she assisted us navigating Capitol One app at bank and spent time with us . Went to ATM afterwards to take some money out . No issues at ATM or problems updating account. I miss my Greenpoint branch that closed but Williamsburg close enough.

From the moment I walked in someone was there to greet and redirect me to the right person. This branch is renovated and may be under new management!
