I was informed not only by the managers, but everyone in the bank that they are not allowed to assist me because it's against the policies of that specific capitalone bank. I have never experienced this ever at any branches. And I'm appalled. As the bank policy state, they must assist a person with a disability in. However, fashion, the individual asks I saw all the cameras. I was more than willing to end in any information that they needed from me. And still got treated very badly. I will be filing an official complaint.
