I noticed the manager whispering something to a customer service agent, which made the whole process more difficult for me. To top it off, they refused to open a bank account for me just because I didn't have a social security number. Thankfully, I went to TD Bank, and the process was super easy with just my passport and driver's license!

Most times, the guy does not even wear a mask. Covid-19 and variants still out there!! I'm going to close my Capital One account and switch to Chase!!!
