This is my second time walking into a capital one branch for the same reason the first one was in Manhattan. This one is near the 2 3 4 5 trains Franklin ave and megar Evers stop A lovely young lady was at service standing at a customer service podium. I asked her about the exchange and she went above and beyond explaining that I would need a account and with a account the funds would not be immediately available. Once again good job capital one I will be opening a account in the near future.
