I didn't realize i didn't need to see a branch rep in order to set up an account, all you need to do is download the app ! It took 5 minutes and Denis was so helpful with letting me know what to do. My teller Greg was very nice, knowledgeable & helpful as well. Pleasant experience with all staff working today. Tx you
