They are having the security guard interact with customers and she needs more training to do it better. Came in with my mom to inquire about opening a new account and security lady told me there is no1 to speak to other than the bank tellers. So i joined the long line. After the long wait i finally spoke with the teller. I asked about opening a new account and was told there is no way to open it without an email address. I informed them my mother doesn't use email, is there another way some1 can help. I was told no. They didn't even offer to help sign her up using there system/tablet. We were told to go home and return another day. I was very disappointed in there treatment and unwillingness to be more proactive. More training is definitely needed to shorten the lines and interact better with the customers.
