- NNnot nowJun 30, 20251.0Today june 30 2025 I was trying to deposit a business check, was Approached by a woman representative 43-50 years old and was very rude, impatient, i found that disappointing to say the least, hopefully someone at capital one would adresse this issue, maybe train there employees in manners, if i get some time i will personally file a formal complaint about my experience that happened approximately 12:30 to 1pm today

Only two of them are working and it’s more than 8 people waiting. The workers don’t even seem to care that you are waiting for over 40 mins. And all I need is a new atm card! They must do better. I’m ready to close this account!
