    Unbelievable terrible experience.I came here during lunch break. They asked me many questions because they don’t believe who I m , even though I showed my SSN, my ID, my other bank cards, my phone, my App.I even answered every question about myself, my work, my family, my school, they still asked me why am I here at Bronxville and more questions. Btw this is not the first time I come to this Citibank location. Excuse me? Wasted time but did nothing. Finally I had to ask my ID and card back without any service I need, since already the time back to work. I will never ever go back this horrible place any more. I don’t want to say , but I really feel that because I m Asian, so they treat me like this. Because when I answered that I work in Asian restaurant around here, they said they never heard any Asian restaurant in the town.

    Tried opening new account with Diana Palanza was literary pushed out of the door for not having appointment asked if I can make appointment she said I have to call them. Went across the street to M&T and opened account with no problem UPDATE: After customer service placed below response I contacted them, below is my conversation with Briana W: Citibank cust service: I'd like to send a branch manager or SR manager callback to connect with you. Please provide your contact phone number and the best time(s) you can be reached within 48 business hours, so no later than Wednesday next week and if you have preferred time(s) to be contacted, please provide the times to. Me: If I need to talk to branch manager I can always come back to the branch where they provided no service to me but to be honest I have no desire to talk to the manager there. If I will open new account with Citi bank I will most probably be using a different branch. My question to you as a customer service team leader is what can you do for me in order to still consider banking with Citi bank? Customer Service: I'm afraid outside of being great at customer service here in social media, we'd have to connect you to the branch for more info on any kind of offer. Me: so to conclude you are trying to connect me with the same people who were rude to me in the first place. What's the point?

    Second time at this location. First assisted by Diana Palanza looking to open up a joint savings account. Spent literally 2 hours and 15 minutes just to be told her system was down and couldn’t do anything. Had to repeat the information to her about 3 times because everything just kept “deleting.” Was told by Diana To come back the next day or to try a different location because the information would be “saved” in their system. LIES Everybody else was busy, and couldn’t assist me. The bank was closing by then. I ended up going to a different bank the next day. Everything was done within 20 minutes. Came back to this bank (because of proximity to my home). Came back with the intentions of getting a printed letter stating both names and account number with the balance in the account. The first lady, Josie Caio-, tells me it wouldnt be possible to have both names unless the other person is here. Another lady overhears our conversation and says it would be possible to have both names on the account. I repeat back the information they just gave me to confirm that it IS possible. And was told “yes, we can have both names on the account.” Josie was having problems logging in (seems like it’s a thing in this bank.) she then steps to Justin martin and asks for help. I’m then told i would receive two separate letters with each name on the account. Spent more than 30 minutes waiting for my letter to be told it could not be done. Justin passed it over to a lady named Sheraine and she was of so much help, explaining to me every question i had.
