- DRDorian RamosSep 30, 20251.0So I went to this branch, and upon walking in, it looked like a dump, soap filthy and unkept. So I went to the teller. With a check that was issued by a class action lawsuit, i had already endorsed it and wrote something underneath my name, she refused to cash it and said that it was company policies, which I knew was BS, reason why I say that because I was i was told by a different branch. Anyway, I able to cash it easily and effortlessly at the branch in Yonkers. The teller in Yonkers says she should have known because everybody knows about that lawsuit and those checks are constantly coming in. Anyway the teller was rude, and she should not be working there, and she did piss me off. Here is her description, She is a short tubby black lady with long braids. I didn't get her name. Anyway cheers and stay away from that DUMP....

Unfortunately, I was unable to get her name, but she was of medium complexion and had braids in the front with curls in the back of her head. While I was trying to explain the situation regarding a wedding gift I received, she continuously talked over me and would not allow me to speak. I even had to ask her if I could finish my sentence. Her attitude was hostile and unprofessional, and I felt completely disregarded. Because of this experience, I would rather travel to Yonkers or any other location than have to deal with her again. No customer should ever be treated this way.
