- JHJeff HMay 12, 20221.0This is another failed TD Bank ATM in the South Bronx. I have tried using this one 5x and only 1 out of those 5x has it been working. The worst part is you are required to pay $3 for parking in order to access BJ's to use it/find out its broken.
