I honestly don’t understand how TD Bank allows this level of customer service and still operates in the U.S. market. The employees at this branch seem to lack basic customer service and hospitality training. Every time you walk in, it feels like you’re working for them instead of them serving you. I went in to get a certified check. The banker asked me several unnecessary questions, which I was fine with at first. However, after waiting for about 20 minutes, another employee came over and told me—very rudely—that I would need to wait much longer. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, as if she was doing me a favor. TD Bank should really reconsider how they train and supervise staff at this location. Employees with that kind of behavior should not be representing a major financial institution.
