The atm did not give my card back and I went to ask the teller for customer support to resolve this issue and to receive my debit card from the atm. The teller responded that I had to go come back tomorrow at 11am to another branch (Fordham Branch), to report my card being swallowed by the ATM, when they could’ve done then and there. I ended up having to receive a whole new debit card which can be safe but frustrating when I have many BILLS AND ACCOUNTS TO PAY linked to my card…..
