My daughter had a check that she sent to a merchant stolen from the mailbox on the Upper Eastside. My daughter in law had one check stolen and cashed and cashed 4 times. I called TDBank to have an alert on my account so whenever a check is presented for payment, I get an alert. I told them that I do not want online banking but they refuse to put an alert on my accounts DO I HAVE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND FIND ANOTHER BANK?
