- TLTony LiciagaDec 6, 20251.0I had a very frustrating experience at this location. The staff were extremely rude, and the ATM took my card with no explanation from anyone. As a facility, why not check the ATM machine before opening to make sure it’s working properly? I tried to explain that I didn’t want a new card because of the inconvenience it would cause, but instead of helping, Adelyn kept insisting that if I didn’t want a new card, I should close my entire account. She was confrontational, dismissive, and seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. On top of that, nobody could even tell me if there was a manager available. This was completely unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.
