- SJSadiyah JahanJul 18, 20251.0Disappointed with Poor Customer Service with TD bank. I don’t recommend anyone who wants to make their bank account with this facility. Open with Chase or Bank of America instead. I called for a dispute several time. The representative hung up on my face on purpose and same thing happened when I called for second time. They believe a fraud over their loyal customer (been with TD for more than 7 years). They made mistake on their end while filing dispute but don’t want to fix it seems like some lazy people TD bank decided to hire. I want to close my account asap but since I have deposit box with them I can’t just now but I will. I never got my money back.

The customer services representatives do NOT elaborate on new account policies; they make you wait a week for your check to clear so you can have access to your funds. Then when you call the 800 number they direct you to go to the branch to have funds released and there aren't any managers in the building to help you with the process. To top it off representatives brush you off to come back the following day with out going through all necessary channels to assist you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO HELP TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS AT HAND!!!
