- LSL SDec 19, 20251.0Went in today to open an account for my wife and specifically asked for someone to speak spanish so they can explain the process to her so she could better understand the process. So Roushan proceeds to sit us down and says i can be the translator (do i work at the bank ) I said can i have someone that speaks Spanish / oh the lady is busy and is taking lunch right after you’ll have to wait until she comes back (no time given ) I can see why this bank has a 2.1 rating on Google. Took our business to Bank Of America and guess what no problems no attitude a person that spoke Spanish and explained everything to her so there was no confusion Roushan you need to take your customer service class over and understand that not everyone speaks English or the person that they come with is supposed be a translator . I hope corporate read these reviews
