I just moved to New York from Florida and was unable to get an updated New York state ID since the DMV is booked months and months out. I have my Florida state ID and I also have my New York old ID along with a gun's license ID. I also showed her a picture of my ID on my phone. She did not even take a second to listen to what I had to say, She kept asking me if I wanted her work ID number in case I wanted to report her. Very unprofessional and non-caring for the customers. Just because you become a supervisor does not mean you need to be disgusting to people. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I’ve went to the bank a total of 8 times since May 2025 and still haven’t gotten my husband’s account close after going back and forth to the court to become a Volunteer Administrator of his Estate. Everytime I took proof of what they ask for and thought I was getting something accomplished, they gave me the run around. And one of the workers there were so nasty and had no customer service etiquette. She was rude, with Younger no knowledge of what was needed, and disrespectful. And here it is almost 8 months later, and I still haven’t been able to close my husband‘s account.
