- BLBunny LopezNov 23, 20225.0I arrived at the The hub TD bank on 11/23/2022 right before closing time. It was hectic, people were rushing in and out and I could sense that the bank staff were just trying to help as many people as they could even though the were already completely booked. Things seemed overwhelming but that didn't stop the staff from exhibiting courtesy. The front line security guard was doing double duty as customer service and even when he was insulted by rude customers the man did not break he was professional and polite. The issue was handled by the branch assistant store manager, a Ms. Silva and she was absolutely gracious and empathic to my problem. She resolved my dispute although it was by my own doing and I left feeling better then when I came in. Great service from a branch who can't control the terrible external problems the neighborhood faces.
