I moved to FL and chose to stay with them because of their excellent customer service. The managers & assistant managers are great, as well as all the tellers. Superior interest rates on the saving , CD and other accounts. This bank offers various accounts for college saving, kids saving accounts, various loans, short-term, long-term CDs and retirements accounts. Pre-COVID offered various workshops on the budget managing and first time home buying. I recommended Ridgewood Saving Bank to my colleagues and neighbors. After I left unsatisfactory review about a notary experience on Wednesday morning, bank immediately responded to the review and bank manager called to apologize.
