I moved to FL and chose to stay with them because of their excellent customer service. The managers & assistant managers are great, as well as all the tellers. The tellers were having conversations inside there stations. The security guard opened the door and started asking me why I was here what help do I need. I asked her I’m here to speak to one of them about getting something done. She was to much in the business. It was just annoying. They do not have anyone Spanish in there to read things for Spanish customers.
