An hispanic dark ‘worker’ that was dressed like any other person in her coat and had food in her hands, looked at my husband from head to toe and demanded my husband only to stand outside and wait to use the ATM. She didn’t speak politely at all, just like a random person in the street. She didn’t say for what reason and didn’t identify herself as an employee. Disgusting way to treat a male customer. Another customer was inside and agreed that was uncalled for.
- AGAbdul GafferFeb 1, 20221.0I went today with my sister about 1:20pm to open a new accnt. There was a female representative by the entrance area. She didn’t greet us or nothing. We told her we want to open an account. Without introducing herself, she’s asking us if we have 2 pieces of ID, credit card and $25. I was confused and lost why she even asking us for all this when we haven’t set in an office or go over their options. I felt so discriminated and told her I have my American passport and why you asking us for ID when I don’t know who you are and your different types of checking or saving accnt but you telling me about $25. As I got upset and felt like she didn’t need my business, I walked out and told her I’m taking my business somewhere else. As we were leaving she’s like I’m not being rude but how can you not be rude when you didn’t greet us or take us into a office and go over your options. I’m not sure maybe she saw my brown skin on my face, but I felt totally discriminated. If the branch manager take a look at their camera’s, they can see what happened. I would never go and will never refer anyone to this bank. Awful services
