Doesn’t think she needs to give proper explanation or even try to de-escalate. She needs to be retrained or get some type of refresher training as well as vacation to decompress. Else that negative energy may run down this location. I am transferring my account from this branch to a place where I will be welcomed with a smile and are open to proper communication.
