Each clerk, Evelyn Aleantaz, Branch Manager, Caris Uribe, Personal Banker and Noralta Sandoval. Personal Banker, consistently demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you all for your service. - FFJr

"Miss Caris Uribe" has no ethical standards or behavior when dealing with customers, I felt judgmental and stereotypical and unhelpful behavior from this employee and she had no remorse for her approach . No Business card she pointed to her name on the desk as she has no fear of any repercussions of her action. I would like if you could update staff on the value of propper customer service. After the embarrassment I received, i may not return to this location.
