- RTREAL TALKJan 21, 20231.0I would give it 0 stars if possible. This bank has been holding my wifes money for the last 3 months and they refuse to give it back. My wife's account had a fraud case which was investigated. Investigation ended a few weeks ago and of course my wife was innocent. They promised to write her a check for the amount in her account because she wanted to close the account because of the horrible service she received. They told her to pick up the check numerous times and they just kept giving her excuses. She sent the police over to the branch and they also got the run around. The captain of the police station actually called a buddy of his that's a lawyer and now we have a lawsuit against this branch. So everyone PLEASE stay away from this bank. They will be paying alot more than what my wife had in the account.
