- DMDenise MartinezMay 22, 20241.0I have been banking with Citi bank for over 5 years now, I went with my significant other in person to open a joint account and we were treated poorly. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism , lack of attention and poor communication while dealing with such a prestige bank. We waited 2 hours to sit with a banker as we were informed there were only two bankers available to assist us. One of the banker was out to lunch the other was too busy to assist us we were told. We waited for one of them to become available which never happened. We decided to leave and bank else where. We now are banking with Chase.
