Jancel Crespo is incredibly patient and welcoming—he even greeted me with a smile outside the branch. Darwin Nivar is prompt, accurate, well-dressed, and truly represents the bank excellently; he provided great advice and connected me to another branch. Katherine Reyes is a standout teller—personable, kind, pleasant, and precise. Another older gentleman teller always handles requests perfectly. The branch is spotless, lines move quickly, management is polite and helpful, ATMs are plentiful and available, seating is comfortable, and weekend hours are convenient. Highly recommend!
