Branch Manager Jose Salazar helped our family with an issue that had gone on for 3 months (we tried to resolve the matter at a different branch). Despite the fact that I am not a Citi Customer, Mr Salazar listened and then dug in to fix it (I am sure he had many other things on his plate!).. Thanks to Jose and the staff at the Citi Riverdale branch! May God Bless you!
