- JJJoannOct 29, 20251.0I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the way I was treated when I attempted to deposit a check at your branch. I have been a loyal customer of your bank for over 20 years and have never experienced an issue like this before. The check in question was issued jointly to my husband and me as part of an insurance claim for our home. When I went to deposit it, the bank managers refused to accept it, stating that I could not deposit it because I do not share a joint account with my husband. This was surprising and frustrating, as we have both successfully deposited checks in each other’s accounts in the past when our names were on the check. What’s even more troubling is the way the situation was handled — it felt as though there was an assumption that the check might not be legitimate. I later deposited the same check using mobile deposit without any issue, which further highlights the inconsistency in how my transaction was treated in person. I would appreciate an explanation for this incident and reassurance that such assumptions and inconsistent practices will not happen again — to me or to any other long-standing customer.

But when it came to somebody hacking my account and sending money through Zelle nobody helped me because it was a Zelle transaction.

Another guy sleeps under the service desk. This place is be coming a homeless shelter .The bank needs to investigate this situation before something tragic happens. Should have "0" stars. Form letters and telling customers to contact someone else does not solve this issue. Citi bank needs a security patrol or police to drop in at this location now! Other customers have complained months ago. Stop acting like you don't know!
