  This morning around 11am I went to this city bank branch to do cash deposit and the ATM machine took my money but they don't go to my checking account and no receipt I don't recommend this branch it is scams i need my money

  When I was seriously considering whether or not to open a business checking account at this particular branch the decision not to4 so was easily made after experiencing terrible customer-service. Although the surrounding community is very culturally diverse the majority this branches employees were from Dominican decent and appeared to be absently biased towards its non-Dominican customers. I witnessed one particular customer openly complain about two Dominican customers being serviced before her. The explanation was that since they wera limited with their English and primarily spoke Spanish they provided them with a Spanish speaking employee. This was totally absurd where basically the entire staff spoke Spanish.

  Once every month I go in to deposit a check and every time it's always a dreadful experience! No matter the time whether it's in the morning or afternoon I never come out with a positive experience. I find it useless that they might have a huge staff when there's always one or two teller working in the front while the others are gossiping and talking about their life problems to each other or on their phones. I hate having to go to this bank which unfortunate it's the nearest to me I just wish they would hired a new staff.
