The lady called me back to her desk and helped me fill out my tax form but told me she couldn’t submit the form. Last year I had the same form I needed to submit and when I went to the Throggs neck location they submitted it for me. So I left the castle hill location upset. Now I am at the throggs neck location and the wonderful lady name Karen I. did not hesitate to help me! Moral of the story is don’t go to castle hill. Go to throggs neck location. They will help you better! Here’s the address: 3924 E Tremont ave!
