I called to ask how I can switch it considering my CC through them is Visa. They said NO and didn't even offer to reverse the ATM fees I told them I got from have to get cash for the decline of this crappy card! Seeya later capital one I'm going to a bank that has debit products that aren't from 1995!

I called the branch and left my information for the supervisor to call me back (who ever it was i spoke on the phone with, i am sorry if it sounded like i was taking my frustration out on you) ...the supervisor called me back, and fixed my dilemma. Honestly the remarkable level of customer service i received today, i just had to leave a review. Thank you sooo much!! Such a great location, small but they truly are welcoming and help you with your banking needs to the best of their abilities.
