  This branch is conveniently located in Riverdale; the only place in the Bronx that I feel somewhat safe in. There is always street parking available and the employees are professional and helpful.

  So they have decided to go with discover and now about 1/4 of my transactions with my debit card are cancelled because it's DISCOVER! I called to ask how I can switch it considering my CC through them is Visa. They said NO and didn't even offer to reverse the ATM fees I told them I got from have to get cash for the decline of this crappy card! Seeya later capital one I'm going to a bank that has debit products that aren't from 1995!

  I have a business account with this bank and I arrive at 4:30pm to make a deposit when the bank closes at 5pm. When I get to the Teller named JOSE, I immediately notice his angry face and he tells me "this is not a good time to make a deposit", but I decide not to answer him. He keeps talking in a disrespectful way saying that I have to leave and go to another branch tomorrow. I told him that for my safety I don't want to leave with the money back. JOSE even questioned if I was the owner of the account with another teller, saying that I can't be the owner. When I told him that I was the owner, he was surprised. I complained that he treated me disrespectfully and he just said that this is not a good time to make deposits. I told JOSE that I was late because I had a difficult day and he replied back that HE ALSO HAD A DIFFICULT DAY. People like JOSE can't be working at a bank as good as Capital One. Unlike JOSE, another teller respectfully came to explain to me the reason why after they closed the vault they have a limit of money. Something that I understood immediately.
