- CRChris RodriguezJun 18, 20251.0One of their overnight security guards was trying to tell the morning staff at 8:15AM that one of the ATMs was clearing people's EBT cash and not dispensing the mone. The staff refused to speak to open the door, they couldn't hear him and they waved him off. He certainly didn't point out what ATM it was but that wasn't for lack of trying. Maybe they should hire him and get rid of the staff that was preventing him from doing the right thing

When he provided everything, she seemed surprised. It was clear she had prejudices and assumed he was a migrant without proper documents. In the end, she refused to help and just walked away. We were very disappointed by her rude and unfair attitude. We had planned to open a payroll account there, but after this experience, we changed our minds and decided to open an account at Chase instead. The staff at Chase are truly professional and welcoming.
