- CTClaRita TrueSep 8, 20252.0I had gone to open a new account and a gentleman by the café area helped me. It was simple and easy to do. Once he took me to the teller to make my first deposit, I was disappointed, the teller didnt even say hello nor spoke to me, she kept talking to the other teller that was also with a customer. She did no eye contact or anything. Very unprofessional for a bank like Capital One, I've had my credit account for almost a decade but finally decided to open a checking account. Where I live, we dont have a bank location for this bank, only ATMs, so I thought it would've been nice to visit one. Well not the one in Fordham Rd that's for sure.
