- MSMichelle I. S.Jul 29, 20241.0I have been a customer with this bank for a few years. I actually joined in this branch. But the incident with this particular bank happened in Florida state. I bought a Continental tire from Walmart in Kissimmee Florida a few months ago. Walmart did not have my tire available so Walmart proceeded to give me a refund for $212.54. I didn’t realize I had closed my capital one debit card and Capital bank was giving me problems with getting my refund back from Walmart to my new debit card. Capital one never refunded my $212.54 and I kept calling insisting to get my refund. Capital one refused to even show me that they gave me back my refund to my new debit card. So I’m assuming capital one kept this money. I haven’t used this bank account since this incident. I asked to get my accounts closed and capital one representatives refused. So now the account will go dormant.
