    We have been banking with Trustco Bank, the Briarcliff branch, for 20 years. Great experience! They are extremely friendly and helpful. Customer service is amazing. I have to acknowledge Maria, one of the bank tellers. She has been there since we started banking with them. She’s amazing! She’s not only great at her job, she’s the kindest. She gets to know the customers. She makes you feel like family.

    Nick Alvarado, the Trustco Briarcliff branch manager, helped us with a home equity line. He worked with us to expedite the process and always delivered on what he promised, whether it was documentation, answers, or making the next back-office step happen. Highly responsive, conscientious, and detail-oriented. Nick is a real pleasure to work with.
