- KTKing THEKINGDec 2, 20251.0I had an experience with a rude Supervisor at this Bank. I am not a customer but was advocating for my uncle who they charged a stop check fee. He did not cancel the check. It as lost. I asked why would that be considered a cancelled check and the bank should return his money. The Supervisor despite talking to me for over 10 minutes offering resolutions,started to be unprofessional and Rude. Stating she should not even be talking to me,because I was not on the account(After over 10 minutes of talking TO ME with my uncle on the line) Who by the way verified himself with no help or comment from me and then the conversation continued. SHE being the Supervisor did not inform him that Flagstar has a reversal check fee they offer 3 times a calendar year for Customers. She acted like a High School Air Head. I made a complaint with headquarters and told my uncle if I was him,I would be on the first thing smoking and my account would be out of there. Today we received a call from Carmen Palmeri who said she was the Bank Manager and needed to speak to my uncle personally. I hope she apologized for the Rude Supervisor,who either did not know the Bank 12 month rule or willfully chose not to tell him so he could get his money back. Headquarters told us how to get his money back and you all should get yours too. I am waiting for Ms. Palmeri to call me back as she stated, to get my side of what happened. The Employee should be reprimanded. In my opinion demoted,retrained on Customer Service interactions and apologize! A Supervisor Title doesn't fix Character Flaws! The moral of the story kids is My uncle got his Money back. GET YOURS IF THEY CHARGED YOU ANY FEES! You get 3 reversals per year ! It's on you Ms. Palmeri ! I'm waiting for your Call !
