- PMP Moise3 days ago1.0Horrible customer service at this location! I was driving home and decided to stop into this location vs waiting to go to the one near my home. I was there to open an account and was told to sit and wait for a banker to assist me. I waited nearly 45 mins before I was even addressed. I was then told someone will be with me shortly. 2 gentlemen walked into the bank shortly there after and were attended to before me. How I can trust this place of business with my hard earned money, if u don't even acknowledge the existence of a potential customer? Unacceptable! I went to another Flagstar location closer to my home in New Hyde Park, on Jericho Tpke and the customer service was impeccable. I was greeted, seated, opened my account, appreciated, thanked for my business, and was out the door within 30 minutes. This goes to show, the Braddock location is poorly operated and managed.
