  The heat is always on 10000 degrees can’t even walk in there . This the heat on on a 70 degree day beats me . I almos faint standing in there for 2 min

  Every time you withdraw money, they are never happy. I feel like I own more than money. The Sunday manager is always very rude.

  One of the Worst Banking Experiences I’ve Had – Avoid This Branch I waited 37 minutes just to be called, while several employees were clearly not busy — just sitting around staring at their phones. When I was finally seen to open a business account, the representative spent another 30 minutes trying to upsell me on a more expensive account I didn’t want, instead of simply helping me open the one I asked for. After I provided all my business documentation, she left to consult with another employee because she didn't know how to proceed. The lack of experience and professionalism was unbelievable. At that point, I had enough. I got up and left, and decided not only to refuse opening the new account, but I will also close my existing business account and take my business elsewhere. If you value your time and want to deal with a bank that knows how to treat business clients, do yourself a favor and avoid this branch.
