Whenever you have any questions or difficulties with your account, he goes beyond to solve the problem; he also provides you with knowledge and guidance on how to keep your account up to date and how to prevent overdraws which used to be my main issue most of the time but with the help of the manager and staff, I have managed on how to prevent this issue. The frame time to wait to be help on this bank is "0" unlike other banks that even with an appointment they make you wait longer hours. Thanks Ridgewood Staff for being always there for me, I appreciate so much your kindness and respect towards me, thanks a bunch!!!

When I asked some simple questions about my accounts, he came across as very passive-aggressive, like I was bothering him. His tone and body language made me feel like my concerns weren’t important and that he didn’t have time for me. Honestly, I’m surprised someone with that kind of “I don’t have time for you” attitude is in a leadership position. A manager should make customers feel valued, not dismissed. I won’t recommend him or this branch to anyone because of him.

Literally had enough time, and they were all in rolls. This guy clearly didn’t wanna do his job so hopefully you guys don’t open up an account here. They will be of no help! Even during open hours! Thanks GUI for your unprofessional approach to the situation!

As soon as I entered I was greeted and assisted by a person who went over and beyond to meet my needs and to answer my questions. I recommend RSB to anyone who wants to skip the big banks and contract with a small community bank.
