  If I could give zero stars I would as I wasn’t even a customer at this branch. My husband pulled over to order an uber for me we were parked on the corner outside of the bank. The parking lot has two exits/entry ways. Yet the branch manager goes up to my husband’s driver side window to yell at him to move his vehicle. There’s a way of speaking to people and obviously this branch manager has zero respect for anyone feeling entitled because of her “branch manager title”. The bank hadn’t even opened its doors yet as it was before nine. Individuals like her are the reason people react aggressively because they assume that speaking down to people is okay. If she speaks to individuals on the street this way could imagine how she deals with customers daily. She seems miserable and was very unprofessional.

  I went to this bank in hopes of setting up an account, I was helped by Jerry Fung, he was very professional and answered any and all questions I had. He even followed up 2xs after the account had been set up to ensure that I had no issues and everything was to my liking. If you are thinking about going to the bank I would recommend making an appointment and dealing with Mr. Fung.

  My name is Julia and I feel obligated to leave an authentic review based off of the conflicting opinions I've read thus far. Every teller, manager, and/or associate I've had the pleasure of meeting with has been a superior experience. They are all always so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Mr. Choudrey (sp?) has been so welcoming, amicable, and professionally available for whatever I need assistance with since the day I've met him, along with my parents, who have been going to this branch for over 40 years. I often sit with Mr. Orlando Santiago, and the rapport he has built with me as a client is second to none. He is efficient, timely, and genuinely concerned with resolving whatever matters are at hand. Great conversationalist while remaining impeccably professional and very intelligible within his area of expertise. There hasn't been one instance where a personal matter I had with Citi was unresolved, and done seamlessly at that. I personally recommend asking to sit down with the aforementioned gentlemen as they make the Citi Experience exemplary in the most positive ways.
