  If I could give zero stars I would as I wasn’t even a customer at this branch. My husband pulled over to order an uber for me we were parked on the corner outside of the bank. The parking lot has two exits/entry ways. Yet the branch manager goes up to my husband’s driver side window to yell at him to move his vehicle. There’s a way of speaking to people and obviously this branch manager has zero respect for anyone feeling entitled because of her “branch manager title”. The bank hadn’t even opened its doors yet as it was before nine. Individuals like her are the reason people react aggressively because they assume that speaking down to people is okay. If she speaks to individuals on the street this way could imagine how she deals with customers daily. She seems miserable and was very unprofessional.

  I went to this bank in hopes of setting up an account, I was helped by Jerry Fung, he was very professional and answered any and all questions I had. He even followed up 2xs after the account had been set up to ensure that I had no issues and everything was to my liking. If you are thinking about going to the bank I would recommend making an appointment and dealing with Mr. Fung.

  I don't know why this place has low reviews. I didn't get through by calling initially and I resigned myself to having to go in person, but soon after I started getting ready to head out, someone from the bank called me and said they saw a call from this number and no message and had no further contact with the bank, so they called me back. I was shocked that they did that. The person who called me back was super nice and totally helped me with the problem! After the call ended, about 10 or so minutes later, another person from this branch called and said they saw the missed call and wanted to make sure whatever problem I called them about was resolved. They're so nice! Super appreciative that they were so proactive and shocked in a good work. Thanks for your help!

  Horrible manner Mr Adrian Yang! I only asked to take out some cash nicely, and waited forever in line for one person infront of me, and it took you 20 min to process a few hundred dollar. You repeated rudely, “I need my supervisor approval”, when I didn’t say anything to begin with! What’s wrong with you? If you don’t want to work in a bank as a teller then don’t bother work here. Go work somewhere where your attitude can be accommodated and please grow some manner. It’s a bank, not a fast food place
