- HLHana LeeFeb 12, 20211.0Worst customer service and vey rude. I had so much problems opening up a business account because of lack of knowledge of the rep. I had to go back multiple times to re-sign the documents. I had business account with this bank for about 2 years and closed it last month but still having issues with them. They basically add charges to rip-off customers. I do not recommend this bank and this branch specifically. Unorganized and doesn't understand how normal banks serves customers in 2021. They are way behind in terms of system and service.
