    Trish was such a kind and sweet woman and Jim was seriously so dedicated to helping me with my situation and figuring out the best possible way to achieve what I needed! They are so nice! I never thought I'd be a part of a bank where I'm recognized the second i walk in the door. It felt great building these relationships. I've been with keybank for along time and have never had a complaint. This branch is by far my favorite! !

    I don't even want to leave any stars but in order to put a review, I needed to . So many issues wrong with today at this bank. 1st. I've had my account with long before when they were all first Niagara banks !!! My HASSLE free account was some how negative? But what tickled me is that I was able to cash checks there over the past few months and all a sudden because my account was negative, I had to deposit my check. 2nd. MY HUSBAND is on my account and the lady needed to speak to me directly to inform me with the information. 3rd. The lady that deposited my check comes back to the window and informs me she deposited my check but also canceled my card. This bank is a joke and as of tomorrow. I will no longer have my account open and canceling it.

    I have been coming to this branch ever since I was a kid and I don't like going to any other KeyBank locations. Trish is my favorite teller there, she's very helpful and kind. I do like their new ATM machine which is very helpful when I need to withdraw money and I love that you can get bills as small as $5 now. Super helpful, and Trish is amazing!

    The drive thru atm machine is awkward. First you put your card in horizontal instead of vertical like most places. Its impossible to reach it from your window. Many customers have to open the door. It is slow too.
