- RHRobert HollandSep 5, 20242.0The people inside the bank get five stars. The two stars is about the ATM machine. I used it. The other day told me that my pin was wrong. Gave my card back when I got home it had taken the $60 that I wanted out but never gave me the money, so I had to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back when it was their machine that four out of five times I’ve gone to use that machine. It’s been broken.
- LWL WMar 5, 20223.0The drive thru atm machine is awkward. First you put your card in horizontal instead of vertical like most places. Its impossible to reach it from your window. Many customers have to open the door. It is slow too.
