- CPCaitlyn PrimianoMay 27, 20221.0Went in to get added to my husband’s account in April after having closed our previous joint account at Key Bank because it had been messed up for years and it had been locked because I had used the account out of town and couldn’t be unlocked. Gave all my ID to get added. Checked on the status about a month later and was told it hadn’t been done. Got a call 10 days ago from this branch that it would be completed the next day and then they would have a card sent overnight. Went today because I figured the card would be sent there since they were supposed to waive the overnight fee to find that the card was actually only sent out today and was not sent overnight so expect to wait 7-10 additional business days. We have had nothing but problems with Key Bank and are planning to close the account and go elsewhere. If you want a bank that knows what they’re doing, and doesn’t just hold your money hostage, this is not the bank for you.
