I wish they could have done all of this at midnight with the app, it’s causing stress and frustration on my end. It seems like I run into problems with the app every few months

I was turned away from making an exchange because I do not have a bank account with them. Now I never will in the future! Might want to examine this ridiculous rule.

I had an account here, started from day one with over the amount needed to not be charged. I was charged. They corrected, then charged again. They corrected then charged again. My account was mixed up with another account as well. I also had a business account which was also charged unjustly. They refused to fix since I wanted to close the account after so many issues. This is the most unorganized dishonest and untrustworthy of all my banking experiences nation wide
