- RNROCHELLE NestlerodeJan 5, 20265.0We recently had to get all new accounts because of setting up a trust. (I have to say before I go on to my review that this has been a confusing mess. Friends have trusts and their original accounts at their banks were moved right in) My main purpose of this review is to give my compliments to Michael Murphy in Auburn. There were numerous issues after we set up the trust that were really frustrating us. We went in to bank and thankfully they sent us to Michael. He took his time and helped resolve every issue. What really impressed me was he said he would check on something for us and give us a call with the information. To be honest I was not so sure we would receive call back. I was wrong. Called us with the information and also while on phone helped us with another issue. Great to find people who still believe in customer service. Thank you Rochelle Nestlerode.

She got us all set up for that account and for many more after that. She always treated us like we were the most important customer even though our accounts were small. I would recommend her to anyone that has business there.

- DDD DDec 4, 20251.0Its hit and miss at this place. most days you can get in and out with no problems and ive had a couple hiccups but today was bad enough that 3 people left while I was waiting, so I told the employee that was working in one of the offices that customers are leaving because they've been here so long, he Shrugged and said "well nothing I can do about it). . Took almost an hour to get through the line and do my transaction. I wasn't even going to comment about that. But when you're handicapped and have been standing in a line for an hour and get brushed off I think that deserves a review.
