Cara made me feel like a valued customer. She greeted me with a smile an was very helpful. I sure hope all employees learn from her kind ways. Thank you Cara for starting my day in a good way. I sure hope someone lets you know what a great asset you are to the Credit Union .Pat D

I believe they don't explain things properly because they want you to lose your hard earned money. Also called me a liar to my face, and after I PROVED IWAS correct with a phone call, the old lady still didn't apologize. I will never bank here with this company again, and would not recommend anyone does. If you want a great credit union try Auburn federal Credit Union. Also of you want a new credit union with cool features try the one over by the prison. I forget it's name right now but I know they have some really cool features. Empower I believe it is called.
