I usually go to Key in Attica to withdraw money from my checking account to replenish my cash on hand. All other account handling is by my son for me. I have had two very positive visits recently and was super impressed with the professional demeanor and consideration for the customers by all of the employees. For my last visit, I asked if there was a limit to how many rolls of coins would be allowed to be turned in with each visit. I was elated to learn that Key in Attica agreed to accept all in one visit. There were close to 150 rolls of coins, collected over several decades by my church. The Key employees were just wonderful to me as I didn't even have to carry in any of the coins from my car. They were counted efficiently and faster than I expected. Attica Key Bank remitted over $200.00 to me, which will go into my very small church's checking account. My very best to everyone I got to meet! Sincerely, Rosemary Taylor

There is an important distinction between "Tammy " personally knowing someone because she has been there for years and the fact that someone she doesn't know has over $50K in accounts opened at the branch. With mobile banking, drive thru etc it is possible she may never have served him but THAT should not be the deciding factor to serve in the face of every kind of ID possible for both parties. Once my dad feels better we will be moving to another bank. Not just for this latest issue, but for repeats of similar problems.
