- VLVinita Lakhati4 days ago1.0This bank by far has the most clueless employees, extremely terrible wait lines, while other employees are just standing around watching. You can never reach the branch for any questions. I walked to the bank, after trying to call multiple times to find out if they had safe deposit boxes available, and the answer was no. A phone call could have saved a bunch of time. I totally hate this branch. Also, there are a ton of banks better than TD. Bank there to save yourself from misery. I would give it a ZERO rating, but that is not an option 🤬
- CWcheryanne williamsonDec 26, 20251.0Terrible customer service. It took almost 30 mins to complete a withdrawal because the teller didn’t know what he was doing. After taking about 10 mins looking at my passport as if he didn’t believe it was me He asked me to Type in my pin which I did, I provided another ID because he didn’t wanna accept my passport and even then when he was provided with the second ID he had to ask his associate for assistance. When his associate asked if I had typed in my pin which I did he lied and said I didn’t and even she said she saw that I did on the screen and gave him the okay to proceed with the withdrawal and even then he had to ask ANOTHER associate if it was okay to proceed. The whole interaction left me feeling completely uncomfortable. Do better
