The reason I am giving four out of five stars is because of my experience with the staff member at the first desk on the left when you enter the building. Today, 08/28/2025, while I was with Theodore, she seemed unfriendly toward customers, including myself. Additionally, some of the security guards also appeared unapproachable, which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that NYC can be a tough environment, but kindness and courtesy are universal values that make a big difference.

All three machines were not working and when it did work, one of the machines sucked up the ATM card and we were there 15 minutes trying to get that card out and then you have the people inside that say they can’t do anything about it This is so unprofessional and frustrating . When will they make the effort to make them all work?
