The reason I am giving four out of five stars is because of my experience with the staff member at the first desk on the left when you enter the building. Today, 08/28/2025, while I was with Theodore, she seemed unfriendly toward customers, including myself. Additionally, some of the security guards also appeared unapproachable, which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that NYC can be a tough environment, but kindness and courtesy are universal values that make a big difference.
