Unfortunately, I've encountered a mean and rude bank employee. Facial expression and demeanor was not welcoming. And she had no apparent concern to be helpful.

Came here to sign up our children's youth savings accounts with Mrs Garcia and had the smoothest experience. It was so easy I decided to also open a high yield savings accounts. Very accessible and stress free parking. A rarity in Astoria, lol

I have 3 kids and when I come in they are attentive and helpful my kids look forward to coming to bank lol . The service is quick . No one is rude in there and they really try to resolve any issues you have. They get to know you and don’t treat you just like random customer. They greet you as soon as you walk in. Kathy with K is wonderful. I honestly can’t say anything bad about this branch. I get notified if there’s any suspicious activity in my account. Parking is very convenient as well. I highly recommend this branch.
