Arrogant, bad advices, terrible customer service, the worst anttitude. Are those guys receiving training ? I have all my accounts in this bank. I am moving out. The worst.

I came in for a withdrawal and was denied my full amount because "i had to many transactions pending" which was never an issue before. The manager and teller refused to help out at all and refused to give me a letter stating why. Complaint filed with corporate.
