- SHS HOct 2, 20255.0Tavon greeted us with a smile and simple "Good morning". He was efficient and the transaction was finished in no time. We have been coming to this site for more than 30 years. The management seems to hire competent and friendly personnel during those times on a consistent basis. It's a pleasure coming here every time. Thank you !!!

Arrogant, bad advices, terrible customer service, the worst anttitude. Are those guys receiving training ? I have all my accounts in this bank. I am moving out. The worst.

WHEN WALKING IN, THERE WAS ONLY 1 TELLER (WHO WAS TRAINING) AND THERE WAS ALREADY 2 CUSTOMERS BEFORE MYSELF. THE TELLER IN TRAINING NEEDED HELP FROM THE MANAGER (WHICH SHE CAME & ASSISTED) HOWEVER EVEN WITH THE MANAGERS ASSISTANCE IT WAS TAKING A VERY LONG TIME, EVEN THE CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME WAS BECOMING IMPATIENT. ONCE THEY WAS FINALLY DONE, I ASKED IF THEIR WAS SOMEONE ELSE WHO COULD ASSIST DUE TO US WAITING AS LONG AS WE ALREADY HAVE AND TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS WALKED IN…. THIS LADY (THE MANAGER) LOOKED ME UP AND DOWN WITH THE ONLY ATTITUDE ON HER FACE! AND JUST STATED NO!!! AND WALKED TO THE BACK! (KEEP IN MIND THE CUSTOMERS SHE WAS DEALING WITH BEFORE ME AND THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME, SHE WAS BEING SO SWEET AND KIND AND SMILING TO) BUT ONCE I ASKED THAT QUESTION, IT WAS AS IF I WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO EVEN TALK TO HER! ONCE ITS MY TURN ONLINE, THIS LADY DIDINT EVEN LOOK AT ME, TALK TO ME OR ADDRESS ME AS A CUSTOMER!!!!! I WAS JUST COMPLETELY DISCUSSED!! AND THIS IS SOMEONE YOU HAVE AS A MANAGER AND TRAINING!?!? VERY DISAPPOINTING! THE MANAGER WAS ACTING AS IF SHE HAS A PROBLEM WHEN I SHOULD BE THE ONE MADE WASTING 35 MINS ON MY LUNCH HOUR JUST TO WITHDRAWAL MONEY! AND FYI I GET IT….ITS THE LUNCH HOUR SO OF COURSE ITS GOING TO BE BUSY…..THAT’S COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE. HOWEVER WHEN YOU HAVE A FULL LOBBY AND ONLY ONE TELLER (THAT IS STILL IN TRAINING) BE APOLOGETIC, HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION AND SOME COURTESY!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! I SHOULD OF JUST DROVE THE EXTRA 10 MINS TO HE TARRYTOWN LOCATION!!!
