It’s ridiculous, I never had an issue with a bank like this one, the lady who answered wasn’t nice very rude disrespectful and unprofessional.

I got my bank card in the mail today, I called to activate it and for some reason they have 1 phone number for the account even though it's a joint account with 3 people and we all gave them our own separate contact info. So they send the verification code to a phone that's not mine. I call the other troop leader to get the code then call trustco back to activate, BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY SAID TO DO. now they're telling me they can't activate my card because of 2 failed attempts in the lat 7 days even though I just got the card in the mail today and only cslled once?????? So I have to go down to trustco and do God knows what to get this figured out. DONT BANK HERE!!!!!!!!!! And the manager I spoke with that told me to go to the bank and deal with it her name is Ane. She refused to give a last name or employee ID #. Completely unprofessional, I've never dealt with anything like that at a bank. Honestly I probably won't even go back to trustco and deal with it at this point. We already were there in person all 3 of us about a week and a half ago!
