The first time was two years ago to regain access to my online banking, someone walked in and was seen before I was, I sat there for an hour and was never called, so i left and continued without having online banking. Today, again I have an appointment and someone else was seen before I was. Why? Not having online banking, I can't set up funds to be transferred into another account because of that. I am willing to wait 15 minutes but to sit there and hear chatting going on and disregard the fact a person with an appointment is still waiting....regardless if it's my day off, I should have had priority over a walk in without an appointment. What's the point of setting up appointments at this point if your just going to take anyone that walks in? Absolutely unprofessional, to be treated in this manner. At this point I will be changing banks.
