She went above and beyond to assist me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed that they were able to issue me a temporary debit card on the spot—something not every bank offers. Even more amazing, I received my permanent card in the mail the very next day! That’s by far the fastest I’ve ever gotten a card from any bank. Huge thanks to Nayrobi and the team at this branch. Their efficiency and customer service truly set them apart!
